The Board of Commissioners of Sanitary District No. 2 presented Justin Norona with an award for his dedication and service to the community.
Justin Norona is young man who understands the importance that recycling has on our community and environment. Justin has encouraged him family, friends, and neighbors to recycle. After speaking with the Board of Commissioners, Justin’s enthusiasm for recycling is truly inspiring.
